DMCA Policy
Abbandono Phil Spencer respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, Abbandono Phil Spencer will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Abbandono Phil Spencer service and/or the Abbandono Phil Spencer website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to Abbandono Phil Spencer's Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Abbandono Phil Spencer's Designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Abbandono Phil Spencer will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
- Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) of the material on the Abbandono Phil Spencer website).
- Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
- Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:

- Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a Counter-Notification. Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, Abbandono Phil Spencer may restore the removed content.
- Identify the material that Abbandono Phil Spencer has removed or to which Abbandono Phil Spencer has disabled access and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., URL(s) of the material on the Abbandono Phil Spencer website).
- Include the following statement in the body of the Counter-Notification:
"I hereby state under penalty of perjury that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
- Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
- Include the following statement:
"I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Abbandono Phil Spencer may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the initial DMCA notification or an agent of such person."
